Project Profile
This project involves the fitting out of a newly constructed shell into 144 residential apartments, including communal areas and landscaped courtyards. Retail units in the shopping centre below were also soft stripped and fitted out.
Project Experience
SBS provided all the mechanical services to this project, including district heating, solar thermal BMS and home automation.
