The International Bomber Command Centre (IBCC) is a world-class facility, serving as a place of recognition, remembrance and reconciliation for Bomber Command. Providing the most comprehensive record of the Command in the world, the IBCC ensures that generations to come can learn their vital role in protecting the freedom we enjoy today. We were appointed to provide both mechanical and electrical services for this project.

Project Experience

The IBCC project has a range of M&E services that has allowed it to achieve its BREEAM Excellent rating. This includes:

• Air source heat pumps (ASHP) providing underfloor heating and cooling
• Ventilation via natural ventilation systems
• VRF system providing heating and cooling and local point of use water heater.
